Orders and activation
Promise World does not accept a direct order while checkout is disabled. A product page, interest record, copied inquiry, or prepared email is not an order, reservation, quote, invoice, or price guarantee.
Prices and taxes
No direct price or tax calculation is active. Before launch, every offer must display the item price, applicable taxes, shipping, total, currency, and any legally required disclosures before payment.
Inventory and preorders
The site does not represent signed, numbered, or limited inventory as available. No preorder, deposit, serial number, or place in line exists unless an activated checkout explicitly creates it.
Shipping and delivery
No carrier, shipping service, delivery date, or international destination is promised. Before launch, the operator must publish supported destinations, calculation method, tracking behavior, loss process, and customs responsibility.
Cancellations
No cancellation window is active before commerce launches. The final policy must state whether an order may be cancelled before fulfillment, what happens after shipment, and how limited or personalized items are handled.
Damage, wrong item, and loss
The final policy must provide a verified support path, evidence requirements that do not overcollect personal data, replacement or refund options, carrier escalation, and a published response target.
Returns and refunds
No return period is represented as active. Before launch, the operator must publish eligibility, timing, item condition, shipping responsibility, exclusions, refund method, and processing expectations.
Signed and limited editions
A signature or edition number is a physical characteristic, not an investment promise. The final policy must describe authentication, numbering, replacement limits, damage handling, and whether personalization makes an item nonreturnable.
Institutional orders
Prepared inquiries do not create a discount or reserve inventory. A written quote must state quantity, edition, taxes, shipping, payment terms, expiration, delivery assumptions, and cancellation terms.
Privacy and payment security
Promise World must not collect payment-card details directly in ordinary site forms. The activated provider must own payment entry, tokenization, authentication, receipts, refunds, and webhook verification.
